1. Acceptance of Terms
Using this site or engaging our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Services
Scope of work is defined in written agreements only. Verbal commitments are not binding.
3. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote form is not a contract. Quotes are estimates subject to revision after a site walkthrough.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each client's service agreement. Late fees may apply per contract terms.
5. Cancellation Policy
Written notice is required as specified in the service agreement. G-TECK may suspend service for non-payment or safety concerns.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to direct damages from our services. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or indirect or consequential losses. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to secure valuables before service, disclose known hazards, and ensure property access at scheduled times. Missed access may result in a fee.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content including text, logos, and graphics are owned by G-TECK Cleaning Services and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Georgia courts.
